Hawaiian Christmas Tree

I didn't make these myself, but I thought it was worthy of sharing! When Lee and I were in Honolulu (exactly a year ago yesterday!) we toured Foster Botanical Gardens. They had some of the strangest plants that I've ever seen, some of them only grow on the islands. Below is a traditional Hawaiian Christmas tree they had at the entrance to the gardens. The ornaments are made from palm leaves and are sprayed in bright colors...they are made by the locals.

Mele Kalikimaka, ya'll!!
